Pamela J. Sigvaldason, CPA, CA
Mrs. Pamela Sigvaldason attended the University of Waterloo, graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Mathematics. She articled with a local Toronto firm and in 1982, she was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. In 1983, she moved to Edmonton to begin her employment with Donnelly & Co. LLP and was admitted to the Chartered Accountants of Alberta. She became a partner of our firm in 1990.
Mrs. Sigvaldason has provided a wide range of accounting, auditing and income tax services to our clients. She has been responsible for the audits of the pension, health and welfare and training trust funds and not-for-profit organizations in which our firm has been involved. She is knowledgeable in both accounting and reporting requirements as well as the efficient use of audit procedures available.
Furthermore, Mrs. Sigvaldason is our firm’s computer network administrator. In this role she manages network security and software and hardware installations. She is also responsible for audits of clients with both mini and micro computer systems which run either customized or pre-packaged accounting software.
Throughout the past ten years, Ms. Sigvaldason has volunteered with Girls Guides of Canada where currently she mentors a group of young women aged 15 to 18.
